Self defense techniques-3 key secrets

Self-defence tactics necessary for survival against the daily threat of violence. Don't be the next crime statistics. In this article, I share the 3 Core secrets, you need to know.

I have studied and trained in martial arts for over ten years, but teach someone how to survive on the streets, I rarely go into specific moves like a kick or punch. Key points you need to know the following-

1) Self awareness. Martial arts, Bruce Lee emphasized the importance of self awareness of their disciples and followers. First you must understand how you will react in situations of violence. Adrenaline Rush affects us all, but some people are able to control and calm, better than others. Even highly skilled martial artist, trained in the art as Aikido or karate can fall apart under the load of real attacks. It is important to know how to react.

Secondly, you must be aware of your surroundings and those around you. I call it common sense-it's natural for me, but some may call it a sixth sense! I was in a bar or Club situations, when can I see or hear arguments or confrontation developing or just looking for trouble. In this situation, the first option was to get out of the way or be prepared to respond.

2) Avoid confrontation. This can take many forms, and I will start to avoid places or situations where you know there is a greater chance of violence. Obviously, the idea is to avoid parts of the city, bars, parks, streets and other such places, where there is a history of violence or symbols that may be involved in combat and attacks go.

For women, in particular, I suggest continuing caution in situations you put yourself. For example, if you meet a new guy and a Date thinking about a safe place to meet, somewhere you know and are familiar with it's not about living in fear, it is common sense and realistic situations that unfortunately can occur.

For men the hardest part you can get away from the meeting. Egos have put many people in the hospital! Best self-defence tactics typically walk away from us, but of course most situations develop into a fight. Even though I've got years of martial arts training, I never look at combat-in fact, I'm going out of my way to avoid them.

3) If the struggle is the only way out, hard fought. Unfortunately, this is not always possible to speak or reason solution. If alcohol or other drugs, this is especially true. If gangs or just might be in any way other than combat group. In such situations, we must be ready to go in hard with street fighting or self-defence moves, we know. Weakest and most vulnerable areas of the body such as eyes, nose and testicles are an obvious target point. In the eyes of the lay, of course you want to use "reasonable force", but I take the view that this is something then worry about if someone intent to you there is only one way to fight.

Once you have understood and accepted these questions, you may want to consider actual self-defense techniques to study. This is not always necessary to attend formal martial arts and best practices, usually the easiest to learn and perform.

Self-defence tips teach us important things that we need to know to survive on the streets. I teach self-defence for women and men and to offer all use to develop these skills
